Each Youth ASCEND Programme Package includes our two-day (16 hour) Youth ASCEND Leader Training workshop for up to 10 youth programme leaders at your site. Our approach prepares your staff to successfully implement the programme by integrating skills training, hands-on experience, and opportunities to practice leading and debriefing many of the activities.

Each workshop will cover the adventure learning process, activity leadership, facilitation and reflection techniques, safety management, and programme administration. Youth programme leaders will also be familiar with the over 50 adventure activities and 25 reflection strategies included in the curriculum for your programme package.  A Facilitator Manual is provided for all participants.
